First drop lock box combination would not work...called and got a second box code and it worked.

There was nobody to help and no drop box for a key-needed a code for a box, but none given. Called for help. Disconnected twice, finally got a person and a resolution, but took almost an hour.
CHRISTINA EStaff the office. Be honest about when there will be someone at the site. Reserved equipment (appliance dolly) not loaded on vehicle. Had to drive to Rancho Cordova to pick this up. I'll never rent here again. Two consecutive times there were problems. App functionality sucks.
Theodore GI specifically chose this location so that I could talk to an agent quickly get in and out… however this location is now a virtual location… which meant I had to use the app that continually crashed and failed
