No desk. No one at the business address. Windows were blocked off in front and back. Could not reach anyone. I was supposed to check in at a desk but had to use the app which was awful.

Probably need to explain a little better the steps and where to park. Once I finally figured it out I had already locked the truck and dropped the keys before the app wanted to take me through this wild photo taking process. I did my best but I would have liked to accommodate them better

Mary PDay of travel got a call that the storage I had rented was not available Had a truck full of furniture and boxes and had to vacate the house I sold and had to find somewhere to unload in the state I was moving to. The Annapolis U-Haul was horrid Rude and basically nasty just told me to take a inclination control unit The call center was helpful in allowing me to drop off at a different location.
