I had no issue with my experience at the location. But I had to call and use your call center and the person was very rude and unhelpful. I had a question and instead of answering it or even saying that he didn't know the answer he was rude and condescending and said that he didn't know how he could do anything.

I got charged way more than said quote when I booked the uhaul and brought it back the day of too instead of the next day and clean too, that's ridiculous.
