Honor your reservation system. At the opening, there were 10 people in line and only one employee. We had an 8 am reservation and that did not matter. 1st come, first served. It took a half hour to get to the counter. He did hustle though, I expected to be in line an hour. Check out was flawless. He needs another employee to work the yard while he works the office.

I had a great deal of difficulty in registering for My Express Check-in it took about four tries and then, when we got to the office would not open even though my conf# could be seen. Simply wouldn't open. The system failure or flaw cost us an additional 30 minutes. The guys there were great and did their best to correct the situation.

In my confirmation email, you didn't give the address for the location, just the name. When I checked Google Maps, nothing came up, so I assumed my rental was in the location I'd originally selected. So it was super fun to arrive, have her be confused for a moment and tell me I didn't have a rental, then tell me to go to the Lincoln location. This is a UX problem. List the address of the rental place on the confirmation email. It shouldn't be that hard. If it is, you're doing something wrong. The guys at the Lincoln Ave. Uhaul are great. Overrun by a long line in a tiny space, but they handled it. They also handled me well when my (Uhaul-installed) trailer hitch was messed up, and I had to switch from a trailer to a truck. I was ready to punch a wall, but they were kind, empathetic, and funny. So major kudos to the Lincoln Ave. guys for helping me Sat morning. No kudos for bad email design. And potentially angry yelling for installing a hitch in Dallas that has, on two separate occasions now, had to be fixed somehow because it was messed up.

overall customer service great only issues website issues placing my order online was horrible, a lot of issues, first your site should give us our total including everything on the bill, i had placed order with budget & they give you your est total that includes all of it so you can see how much your paying for, then once you place the order and get the email confirmation the uhaul addresses should be on the email confimation page so you don't have to log back in to get the address, that is how the other places do it which is very helpful when you moving & busy, when i had to make changes it wasn't easy just to edit my order so you will see a bunch of orders on mine, it should be easier to just edit it so you don't have to create a new one

Various moving tools were not in place when I rented the truck which was picked up after hours. I did not realize this until after I started working. I took pictures, and submitted return comments to UHaul who then did not dispute. Highly recommend UHaul and this location, when they are open for business, is exceptional.

Everything seemed fine for my June 10 truck rental BUT this location charged my card for some $185.89 rental on June 17 that I did not reserve or use. This June 17 rental is not in my UHAUL acount and is a FRAUDULENT charge. Disputed with my bank, not sure what's going on.

I returned my vehicle they next day I rented it before the set time. The only thing the guy in the front says is just drop off the keys. I get a reciept on my email the next day. Return date on the reciept was not correct stated it was turned in the day after I was charge 1 extra day plus the coverage. Things to improve settle the final bill before the costumer leave. That's def one thing I'll make sure to do in the future as well.
