Someone from the uhaul scheduling department called me and told me way after the drop off location was already confirmed. In a very rude way told me I couldn't drop it off in the one way drop off location ive already choose online and that I had to drive all the way back to the place I picked it up and drop it off there which was 62 miles away. Then proceeded to tell me that the drop off location isn't guaranteed and that the scheduling department are the ones who decide where it gets dropped off.... the worst costumer service ever.
