Still had problems with the app loading. Had to go on the website to complete the process. Very time consuming and frustrating using the app
Holly DWhile the customer service at the independent pickup location was good, when I received the bill from the actual U-Haul company I noticed I was charged extra for things I did not use. I was charged $10 for the use of 6 furniture blankets, $14 for the use of a $7 dollie that I did not use, and &30 for an insurance that I did not ask for. I plan on seeking reimbursement for these charges.
