We got there first but after he started the process, he stopped just to help another person that came in later, making us wait around 10 min. He interrupted the process a few times, so what should've taken 10 min, took more than 3 half an hour. Also, they shouldn't make people sign the agreement and everything else before the customer is able to inspect the truck.

The cab of the truck smelled like chicken soup. Also, the person taking care of us was not fluent with the system and could not process my credit card, claiming it was not working because we were out of state. It was from out of state but I called my card company and they said there was no block on the card. He tried again, still nothing. He then went to another room to swipe it, yelling "an out of state card and we have to pay." The swipe worked, so it was not my card and I did not appreciate the rudeness.
