It was probably not the location's fault, but they had no idea that I had a reservation. Also, the location is given the choice when scheduling online to pick up and drop off remotely, but cannot accommodate this service. Long story short, I show up at 8 AM to pick up the truck and equipment that they don't even have and don't leave until after 10 with having to spend a couple hours on the phone getting it squared away. This made for a horrible moving experience, and it seems par for the course for Uhaul to completely mess up the reservation. I've used Uhaul in different cities, and it's always the same poor service, so definitely a Uhaul thing and not the individual locations. I will definitely not use Uhaul in the future or recommend it to anyone.

Michael BThe vehicle was damaged, tailgate was not closing securely, the vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out.
Richard GHave the owner fix the door. Each time we needed to close the back door, it required a tool, it was stuck every time!when a tool wasn’t available, the door had to be physically held up by someone.
