GPS got us to street we needed to go & we finally saw the business sign that verified we were there. I went through the drop off procedure for after hours, then couldn’t find the drop box. I had parked in a nice open lot next to a uhaul trailer that I saw & when I walked around the building I finally saw someone else dropping off a truck probably right wher I should have parked. That customer showed me where the drop box was- he had been there before & knew the routine. This was my first time doing something like this & I would feel more at ease after this drop off experience.

I thought everything was awesome, Mark was very helpful and very nice. Price was right, the van was exactly what we needed, and even though closed drop off was great.

Mark (hope I got his name right this time: was exceptional; very patient and knowledgeable. Even with mileage and roundtrip rental it was much cheaper than a one way rental from WV! The 20' truck was fueled up, clean and ready to go. It handled very well and performed very nicely for our move. We would highly recommend this place for a rental truck!

The office is behind an auto repair facility and seems an afterthought, not a first class UHaul location. But the service was good and met my needs. I would recommend to pick up or drop off if you do not need additional services like boxes or materials.

Please take the truck we rented out of service until the steering is repaired, The truck will not stay in the lane there are major problems with the steering linkage. The vehicle is dangerous to drive and needs to be repaired.

UHaul sucks in every aspect of their business plan. Hidden fees and not communicating those fees is reprehensible. You lost a customer and many more if I have anything to do with it. Stop overcharging and that will be an improvement for the next customer.

Customer service rep from pick up location did not know how to use the system, nor how to change information in the system. I was making a 1 way trip and when i got to the drop off, i was told to pay more and the deposit of $75 that i was supposed to receive back is being held due to employee error of him not changing the location, after beong told i would not be returning to the area. Now im being penilized for the company's errors.

The vehicle was clean but the tire pressure light was on and the tire has a slow leak. I had to stop several times to refill with air.

The actual establishment was great. I do wish that the online general UHAUL site would make sure to have this establishments address and readability uploaded each time someone puts in the 22630 zipcode so that the nice man who is running the location may have more business. I waited a week to see if it will pop up in the location finder and finally it did.. This man has trucks and vehicles and supplies that he needs to get rented out. So the website programmer needs to make sure that this particular location always pops up when zip code is entered.

The customer service rep at the location was awesome! Nice, helpful, friendly. The uhaul vehicle I received had a hole in the top of the cargo cabin and other body damage that I was not made aware of. Note: it had been raining, so a little mud on floor mats was understandable. It's not the prettiest place, but the staff makes up for it in courtesy. Will definitely use and recommend this location again. Only issue I had, had nothing to do with the Front Royal location, but Uhauls reservation/return system. My rep keyed in a return location on Port Royal Rd in Springfield VA. I got e-mail and text messages to return tge vehicle to Largo/Landiver MD area. Took 30 mins to get a Cust Service Rep to answer the 24/7 1-800 number to straighten that issue out. And an additional 30 mins for her to find the Port Royal Rd location in the system.
