uhaul rep was extremely rude. when i mentioned that i had to go further away but had my allowed mileage go down, she responded it wasn't uhaul's fault i changed locations! (in fact it was, they did not have my reservation ready for the 2nd day in a row at original location). the truck i got had a massive oil leak, which took all day to resolve, ended up getting a replacement truck close by after uhaul repeated tried to force me to go 30 miles away for replacement. Worst service ever, cost me 3 extra days, and lotsa problems coming in at midnite due to this bad truck. (i was trailering a broke down jeep).
