Everything was great. Available same day, made a pick up time , got the rental, dropped it off, nothing extra. Just how I prefer!

Truck was worn out unsafe to drive
Timothy AWe ran over road debris, causing a bent wheel and blown tire close to a remote exit in Louisiana on I-10. I called UHAUL, got an automated voice that said a tire would be delivered in 20 minutes, yah sure I thought. 5 minutes later I received a text that said a new tire would be delivered in 10 minutes, humm I thought. Soon a guy shows up with a new wheel with tire and it fit!! We couldn't believe it, 30 minutes after the blowout we were back on the road in time to avoid hurricane Helene. THANKS UHAUL WELL DONE! Our only minor complaint was the equipment pickup was slow as the UHAUL app seemed to confuse the operator.

Gary HStaff was great! Got great help with loading the car on carrier. Staff was also super helpful on early pick up. Areas for improvement……I called a couple times before pick up and nobody ever answered. Also……Truck cab was a little dirty.
