They never came out to inspect the equipment when I received it or when I dropped it off I rented from this location several times and it's always the same I told them that the ac keeps coming on and off while driving so made for a very uncomfortable ride in the future I will not rent from this location
Cruz FI will NEVER rent from U-HAUL again!!! I was called a bitch a hoe and so many other names by the property manager at the hotel we dropped the truck off at. Dropped the rental off early filled the tank more than what I picked it up with and now because I called the cops regarding the situation at drop off I’m being retaliated against and charged unnecessary charges. The regional manager excused the behavior and said it was understandable due to the time of drop off even though it is a 24/7 drop off!!!
