This location was not prepared for pick up. They had the truck ready with 1/4 tank of gas. They had no blankets that we reserved. They had no dollies for us to pick up and use. They told us they couldn’t do anything about it, did not offer us a refund for the supplies we did not receive. They said they weren’t the ones who approved the pick up or the reservation details and that they had no power to give us a refund for the supplies we didn’t receive. Very unhelpful. They didn’t review the truck at all, nor did they check the tire pressure. They say they never check anything like that. I would never use them again.
