U-Haul has fleeced me out of twice the price agreed to and paid in advance. I would never recommend your company to anyone I know. This location is terrible. When I first noticed the charges I called there to get an explanation. At first, I was being charged $62 that was paid in advance. Then two additional charges came into my account; one for $152, and the other $214. Despite numerous calls, & promises that a manager would return my calls, there was no return calls all week. Then I just received an email stating that $91 will be credited to my account. So essentially I’m being charged $122 for a $62 rental. The staff at this location failed to provide any disclosures on pricing if returned after hours & did not let me know there was a mobile checkout that could have spared me from all of the additional fees. I’m requesting that these exorbitant fees be waived in lieu of inadequate service provided at this location. I’m sure this has happened to others. I’m hoping that you will make this right. If not I will pursue additional options to get relief from what was a very frustrating experience with U-Haul.

Danielle SThe service was Awesome!!!
SEBASTIAN SThis trailer was an absolute nightmare. Upon getting it back to my home to start packing the trailer roll door would fly up and get stuck and was horrible when trying to get it to come back down. Upon getting to my location in a different state, the roll door only wanted to go up three quarters of the way up and would not budge what so ever. Had to call uhual and have them send someone out. Who only temporarily fixed the issue. Because upon using the trailer and having it full the second time, the door flew up with it completely loaded while going down the highway. The door stuck and would not come back down. Absolutely a nightmare of a trailer with the roll door.
