I did not know when I booked that I was going to a location with no staff. In the parking lot I only got one band of cell service so I could not download the app. The self check out took too long.

It was supposed to be a staff location and it wasn't. Just a derelict house on a busy road with lock boxes. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to get access to the truck. Same for the return process. Very dissatisfied.
