Please make things clear with the custimer. Like fuel refilling surcharge and fuel cost. It should be clearly written on the contract papers or on website about how much you are going to charge for other things like fuel and surcharges.. I've been charged $55 bucks just for fuel and refilling surcharge that too for only 17 miles, on top of the $60 van rental charges and I used it only for 2hours. So I paid almost 117 bucks for 2 hours and 17 miles. Tip for other users : Refill the fas before returning the vehicle and save yourselves from hidden charges.

There were blankets in the back I did not order and they were not folded, I folded them as I was worried I would be charged. Also, I was told they were not charging me for the hand truck and I was and they overcharged me for miles. I called to say something and no one got back to me! I am very disappointed!

i had to clean the snow off the truck myself when i was given the keys. the seatbelt on the truck would unlock when leaning over with the seatbelt on. i requested a hand truck and was not given one, instead i was handed a small furniture dolly that was broken on one corner and unusable.

Be clear about the fact that you have to pick up your own moving blankets -- they are not automatically on the truck at this location, so I paid for them but did not get them.

At first the young man was nice but before that place i went to 30 Broadway in Newark and i spend more than 50.00 dolars just because by phone gave me a wrong address and the Van wasn't there AND A WOMAN TOLD WELL THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM in a very bad mood.Later i tried to make a reservation for one day and again same lady told me " oh sorry we don't have it try for another day. The van it has mechanic problems i almost have an accident because the drive weel is wiggle wiggle, oh my God i almost died. In general condition i am very disappointed with this horrible service i received. I hope don't have to use your service in the future. Absolutely less than one (1) star. Poor,poor ??

Mention that this is a non-Uhaul storage facility. It is a bit confusing to find until you pass by and happen to see some U-Haul trucks in the parking lot.

I didn't realize that this was not a 24 hour facility. By mistake I was charged double after returning the vehicle the following day. The staff at StorageBlue was very, very helpful in correcting this billing mistake though.

We were charged an extra day even though we returned the vehicle the same day. Someone needs to contact me and have this fixed immediately.

This experience was very unprofessional. When I arrived at this location the truck was present but there no keys at the time of pick up. We waited almost 45 minutes to recieve keys. When we opened the back of truck we noticed broken glass and empty beer bottles. The truck was not inspected or checked prior to.

The staff (Regina & Ella) were great. I do have to tell you that my move was delayed by 2 days because the van I had reserved had not been returned. This location has very few vehicles. They were unable to accommodate me as all other vehicles were also out. Fortunately, I was able to reschedule, and all went smoothly. I would also say that there should be a system for returning rentals after the facility is closed. They close at 7PM promptly, and I had to wait (spending $20 to park the van safely) until the next morning to return the vehicle.
