I had my reservation booked for over-the-counter pickup at 8:30 a.m. When I arrived around 8:40 a.m., I was told the person handling reservations wasn’t available and that I needed to download the app instead. I did, but the app wouldn’t let me continue because the system still showed my reservation as “over-the-counter.” After spending over 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, they finally switched it to an app pickup. Then came more confusion — I was told the keys were in the truck, but it was locked. Customer service said to check a lockbox, but the code didn’t work. Eventually, employees came out with a different lockbox and retrieved the key. By the time I finally got the van, about 50 minutes had passed. Because of all the complications and lack of assistance, I ended up starting my move an hour late. I wouldn’t recommend this U-Haul location — it’s too small and unorganized to properly assist customers. Larger U-Haul centers have been much better experiences.

Josue M- Previously declined SafeMove coverage in the online tool but UHaul location says it was on there originally. No way to tell. - Truck was in disrepair...radio doesn't work and interior roof liner falling apart. - Had reserved a standard 2 wheel dolly but this location only has appliance dolly (even at same price not a good alternative).
DAVID VThe truck was a disaster. Rusted on the roof with rain coming in. Blinkers didn’t work. AC didn’t work. The truck needs to be retired.
Sevak OThe truck was in an operational state I would expect for a moving truck while also having been properly cleaned. My only complaint is that I signed up to receive the key from an employee and not on-line check in. The person was nearly 30 minutes late so I was forced to do the online check in process, which was problematic (re-scanning images, getting codes sorted out, the location service feature, etc.).
