The truck was a piece of shit. You have to jingle the key and then turn the steering wheel and then pull it out a little bit just to get it started. There was a draft in the driver side window so it sounded like someone had the window down the whole time. Imagine what that sounds like for 34 miles on the highway. The people who worked here said they have told ya'll numerous times to replace this truck because it's old. It accelerates super slow and is a gas guzzler. I did not enjoy my drive at all in that truck. It was awful and you should be ashamed of yourself for making people pay to drive it.

Uhaul inconvenienced me by moving the pickup location at the last minute from the one just a couple blocks from my home to one across town, AND by pushing back the pickup time one hour. Moving is challenging enough without having to scramble for additional help the day of the move! 😡

Make sure pickup time when booking is the same as the actual pickup time. We had a 6.5 hour drive ahead AFTER loading the truck. We scheduled our truck pickup at 0800. We were informed the day before that they had changed the pickup location, and we would not be able to get the truck until 0930. Changing pickup location was not a big deal, but changing the time the day before our move was very inconvenient. It was too late to book a truck elsewhere,& we had people lined up to help with this move. So we got a late start & arrived later than planned. None of us enjoy night driving. Would probably be enough to make me consider a different rental truck provider next time. Truck itself was great. Staff members at both rental locations were wonderful.

Your online reservation told me my pickup time was 12am and I was unable to change it. It also turned out that the location I picked did not have a truck available so after I took an uber to store I had to pay for a second uber to a location that the manager at the first store was unfamiliar with and in the hood. She looked up pictures to show me and said "I guess just look for this parking lot of old cop cars." There was no customer support or attempt at reconciliation. I will not be renting through u haul again
