Between screwing up my reservation, being told by 2 locations they don’t allow open trailers to go one way and taking approx 6 hours to finally get my trailer this location took 45minutes to get me in the system and on my way. Absolute cluster-@$&% I have used UHaul for years and NEVER experienced a mess like this. I am now looking to buy a trailer and pay for storage so I never need to use UHau again.

Please try to have a backup contact info listed for change of pickup location. I reserved a 15’ truck and a dolly at one location for a one way trip. I was unaware that only certain locations cater to one way truck rentals others are purely local rental and return to same location. I had to drive 15 miles from where my truck was reserved to pick up the truck and then due to zero appliance dollys available I had to drive to two other locations just to rent dolly separately from my first rental contract for the truck. Lost a half a day of loading belongings into truck because of U-haul system. I have no qualms with the employees of uhaul but the online system needs to take into account revervation selections and know what is in inventory for each store location. The system needs to alert customer when selecting a location as to whether one way trips are allowed with rental equipment. That way customers can reserve at the correct location with no hassle. Also took two hours just to pick the truck up due to the online system at the location in Jackson, MS where I picked up truck, versus dolly at the Pearl MS location, was super slow, employee would click on a selection and have to wait five minutes before it would move to the next section or page to do the invoice paperwork for me to pay sign and leave with the truck. Other than the online system, employees were great and did the best they could to help me out.

Uhaul did not notify me that my pickup location changed. The location it was changed to was great but I was frustrated I was not notified. This is not the first time Uhaul failed to notify me that my reservation changed.

We had an accident the clip came a loose we almost lost our lives we lost valuables....nothing like our lives...yes we took out insurance..we have not heard from you all......so we are contacting our insurance as well....

Your reservation system needs work. You advertise locations that have NO inventory and almost never do. So to get a truck I actually have to add $30 to the cost of the truck for extra miles. Then they didn't have the furniture pads requested.

My issue were with reserving the truck. I reserved a 10’ at location A only to be called shortly after by location B saying A didn’t have the truck and they would give me a 15’ at the 10’ price. Hours before picking up the truck at location B I’m called by location C saying my truck wasn’t available at the previous but they had one. I get the truck at C and am about to return it then I’m called by B asking if I still want the truck they have. There is just miscommunication all across the board. Not to mention that it seems like reserving a truck online is almost pointless because the inventory shown isn’t even what’s available.

Worst experience ever. I rented on April 28th, and still haven't received my refund of hold charges. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm waiting on a check for $50. Why wasn't the money returned to my card? My account went negative due to my money not being in my account on time. As of 5/16/18 I am still waiting in my refund
