The rental was from Jacksonville, Florida to Starke, Florida which is about 70 miles away. I was surprised to realize that I was charged for two full days rental. The distance was under a two hour drive, and the truck was unloaded into the house a few hours later. We were going to turn the truck in that evening but the drop off location was closed. I did not want to incur the $20.00 fee for dropping it off when the store was closed so I kept it overnight. The next day, which was a Saturday, the store was closed as well. I drove around trying to find another UHaul store in Starke that was open. I finally found one and turned it in. Once again I was surprised to find out that even though it was turned in under 24 hours, I could not get the second day refunded.
