Maybe YOU SHOULD VISIT THE LOCATIONS THAT SIGN ON TO REPRESENT YOUR BRAND AND SERVICES as well as being upfront and honest with the consumers that use the services. At this location, the van I rented had low tire pressure and less than 1/4 of gas for which they did give me a credit.The lady that rented it was very cooperative and professional but when I returned the vehicle a man named Courtney was very rude and aggressive with me and overcharged me.

Made a reservation for the day i was suppose to get the truck and he said he gave it out to sumone yesterday smh...i had to uses a van...What is the point of sumone making a reservation and the company dont respect the reservation.

The manager was very rude and told me to go and clean the car. I was estimated for 30 miles and only drove 7 miles. I was charged 89 dollars for 30 miles after I returned the van. He told me 78 dollars was my balance. I really hate this place and the way that manager was rude. He charged me 25 dollars cleaning fees which he wasnt supposed to. The car was full and returned with the gas that I got it with. When I returned the car I wasnt given a receipt. He told me to call the next the to get a receipt nobody inspected the car upon returned. He told me to just give him the keys. The girl that was there told me they going to email me the receipt the next day. I called 3 times and also was on the phone with the manager when he was on the phone with another client. I was listening to their whole conversation. Im really pissed with their costumer service. I really want my 25$ refund back to me. He told me to wash the car if I want to get the 25$ back. What kind of manager is that. Then hang up the phone on me. Please advise and assist.

Had to wait 80 mins to get a truck..and I had a Reservation to pick up the truck.. plus I did only 7 mile and I got charge for 30 mile

The personal I returned the truck to was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She had no knowledge of the business or return process, I had to call customer service for answers to my questions and concerns.

I was totally unsatisfied with my charge. I originally reserved a van to be picked up in queens and dropped off in the Bronx. My pick location was changed due to a van no availability. When I arrived at the new location I was told that I could not drop the van in the Bronx and had to bring it back to queens location. My bill went from 116.00 to 233.00 due to the mileage. On top of that I had to pay an extra 47.00 for a taxi back to the Bronx. This is not what i originally signed up for!!!

When I return the vehicle I was told to hand over the keys since I used a credit card my receipt will be email to me ,I was not comfortable with that so I ask to have a breakdown of my bill ,that when a young lady and the gentleman who attended to me took me to do a inspection on the vehicle I was told I did 9 miles, which is 1.99 ×9, iwould be charge $11 for gas $16 for coverage and 39.95 for rental, i was told i would recieve and email with this info ,never did,however my card was charge 106.87 when I call the query the charge I was told they couldn't locate my account and kept giving me unnecessary excuses. I went to another branch where their was able to locate my account that's when I saw a charge on the receipt for a $25 cleaning fee,during inspection of the van their was no mention of that , the van was totally clean.very dissatisfied with the service plus I was overcharge by $25 i will like to be riemberce

Allow clients to drop off keys in box like everyone else. I was told to bring back the van the next day because he was closing in 30 minutes and did not want to let me do drop off after he was closed. I only need the vehicle for 2 hours. i had to find a location to house the van until the next morning. I was given 20 miles on the vehicle when I only estimated using 6-8 miles. So I had a pending transaction for more than was necessary. Show a client how to use the basic mechanics of a van - had to locate parking brake after never using a van before. Do not force clients to take $15 insurance coverage. When I reserved the van, I chose not to take the $15 charge. When I go to get my vehicle I am told I must take the $15 charge or provide proof of my insurance. I have never owned a vehicle, so how would I have insurance. Then I am told if I take the pickup truck I would not have to take insurance. Representative was told I wanted a closed vehicle since it was raining and I would be picking up a mattress box spring. Why recommend a product to upsale the customer, force additional charges when your are told the customer is on time constraints, and then force the customer to hold onto the vehicle longer when the website offered drop off box options.

I did express check in and still took 30-40 minutes to get out of there. The truck wasn't ready when I arrived and tow dolly wasn't hooked up...

worker was overloaded with work, did everything quick and truck was dirty. He made me late to my pick up. When my reservation was chaged they didn't look at the fact that this location did not carry a dolly so I had to go to a different location.

The person that works at this location have no clue what customer service is, such a bad service. The guy talks and does everything like he's in a rush, and wants to get rid of you as soon as possible. I reserved a 26" Truck a week an advance, and I received a call the day before I needed the truck telling me they don't have it, besides that they also changed the location I had since the beginning, and the time as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD

Upon dropping off the equipment to 148-12 Rockaway Blvd, Brooklyn, NY, the attendants advised me that they could NOT accept 10' trucks. Although this is the address for which I was approved, the attendants refused to accept the equipment. I must note that I was on my way to the airport for an international flight, and it was absolutely dire that I returned the equipment to, again, the address for which I was approved. The attendants told me "it wasn't their problem." When I called customer service, I was bounced around to a few different agents before ultimately being disconnected. I eventually made it through after 20 minutes and talked to a customer service agent - she said that she was going to arrange a driver to come and pick up the equipment. The attendants at the approved drop-off location told me that would still not accept, even though customer service approved, and I was on the verge of missing my flight. I left the equipment at the APPROVED drop-off location (148-12 Rockaway Blvd) with the paperwork and keys in the cabin, and scrambled to get a taxi. This was 40 minutes after arriving to the drop-off location. I finally made it to the airport, and guess what - I missed my international flight. Not that it really matters, but it was my honeymoon trip. More importantly, there was not another flight that day and I had to make many arrangements with the hotel and car rental, etc. Long story short: the amount of money Uhaul cost me from rebooking my missed flight, rental car, hotel, etc. because I couldn't drop the equipment off at the location for which I was already approved goes way beyond the cost of the equipment itself. But more importantly, from the sheer amount of stress alone that Uhaul caused, I absolutely refused to pay for the equipment rental, and certainly not for any incremental difference in gas. But guess what? I have received radio silence from Uhaul - they charged me anyway, will not respond to any of my emails, and are going forward business-as-usual. Really unfortunate, because Uhaul has been typically a good experience for me in the past. This was so bad, however, and the fact that I still have not been contacted about this is really unforgettable.
