My email confirmed Jamaica address for 7:30 AM. When I arrived, the place wasn't open until 9:00AM. The place was sketchy and have told my friends not to rent uhaul from there. Has a representative from UHaul ever been to that location. The gentleman seemed nice. He said it will be a few minutes ago the truck can be cleaned. When I went to the truck... There was still a McDonald's cup in the cup holder and a few other things on the floor. I guess if I am doing round trip I get the nice U-Haul locations but if it is a 1 way trip I get the ghetto ones.

My discomfort is not primarily with this location as the agent was excellent at his work. I was scheduled for 830am pick up location at another location and upon arrival I realized that the location was closed. I had to drive wasting miles, time and gas. Moreover, the customer service seems as though they had the morning drag because I was transferred at least 4times.

This wasn’t the original location I requested but was forced to go here due to the truck I requested wasn’t available at my location of choice. I arrived at the location to see not only the truck I requested was not available but the hand truck as well was gone. The owner never called and notified me that the order was canceled yet uhaul called me to notify the location changed but not about a change to my order. Not the best experience.

It was an unpleasant experience. The person who treated me was without education and neighborhood. I did not see any formality in the process, there was nothing of formality, everything was thrown away and the person did not release his personal phone. I never provided good customer service. the truck extremely dirty and stinky both in the place of the driver and back where the load is mounted. We also wanted a one-way service because that's what your service says on the internet and it was not correct. Extremely car service. I do not recommend it

When a customer comes in and states that they rented a vehicle on the app. The clerk should just check that info instead of trying to do their normal routine, then state that you cannot pay through the app. Educate yourself on your own products and services

My excellent rating Is based strictly on convenience. Quick reserve quick and easy pick up. Truck was dirty and had odor. But it still was affordable and got job done

I did the exact trip same distance the first trip I paid $151.00. The first trip I used a van and I choose the option to pay a flat rate. The second trip I used a small truck and was told that I could not have the same option to use the flat rate. The second trip cost me $50.00 more. Not fair at all I ended up paying $209.00

This place of business was very unprofessional and are thieves... I went to pickup a van which wasn't available at 12:30 as it was told. I arrived at 1230 to be told by a young lady that they don't have any vehicles available and not sure when they would have any. Duringvthat time she was trying to contact her boss being many people started coming for their pick up as well. After 2:00 a pickup became available and as she was discussing the contract she told me itcwas 1.79 per mile. Clearly online it states 89 to 99 cents per mile. The man that had the vehicle prior to me was charged 0.79 per mile. She put a note in the system and informed me she will notify her supervisor for the error. I asked if they will be open by the time I get back she stated i had 24hr before bei g charged. I returned the vehicle around 12 in which a rude man was standing rhere connecting keys. I told him about the mishaps from the previous day and he told me i can wait for the manager. Clearly he was the manager and didnt want to hear anything. I used 13 to 14 miles and was charged 65.00 i called for an explanation and the same ruse guy answered and hung up. I called back and he became disrespectful and vulgar. I will never use uhaul again.. i usedvit many times with no issues but this is by far the worse experience ever!!!.. I never received my explanation and my card was charged again. I will be notifying head quarters and up the chain.. You have thieves and liars with no respect representing your company. An angry customer. Caroline M

Be upfront with the customer do a walk through with mileage and don’t make decisions on safe insurance and not explain what they are signing and just give keys and let customer walk without everyone so observation

Clean the vehicle, looks like oil was in the cup holder, and no one was there one I returned the vehicle. I had to take it to another location...in the middle of the day.
