SHALLA WPlace was open but no employees present. Waited a long time. Eventually had to download the app to return the truck which was difficult with low signal. Not a good experience
DANIEL RI have did uhaul 4 times and now for the 2nd time there was no dolly when ordered. I had the problem last time I needed a dolly. So I made sure when I was on the phone with lady I double checked and she said ya they had 4 in stock day prior to me getting uhaul. I go in this morning to pick and no dolly. She said there was no dolly they were checked out. Now what's the point of reserving something weeks ahead for there to be no dollys(point of reservation is to set something aside) and had less then 24hrs double checked. So then I had to move a bunch appliances by myself with no dolly. And not to mention tons of lose blankets/pads sprawled out taking room that I didn't even order.
JESSE BTruck was dirty, engine light on. Transmission jerked door didn’t shut well.
