RONALD EHave the program employees use be more user friendly, and useful to the customers. Tons of time and information is needed to answer simple questions of availability and pricing. This wastes customer and employee time and patience regularly.
AREN LThey didnt have my equippment tjat i reserved, i had to drive 16 miles myself to get it the day of moving, he promised to credit/discount me the milage, but that never happened either, i troed multiple times but he couldn't have cared less...Open/close times are very inconvinient too and no option of keydrop either. Never ever using uhaul again. This was horrible!!!
Phyllis FMake equipment more accessible. I had to go 1 hour out of my way to get trailer even though I made reservations a week in advance. My truck and trailer were in 2 seperate locations. Bad experience
