The location is very good even close to downtown. We have to move my friend and we come from Brampton. On sunday all locations are close even this as well close after hours. But when we try to call the number, guy come from home special to give us vehicle. We really thank you owner of this location, they help us in hard time.
Lovepreet SThis is a garage that had no attendant present when I arrived. The cargo van I had booked was not present at the location. After buzzing and phoning from about 10 minutes, an attendant seemed clueless about my reservation. After some phone calls (not in English) he told me that the vehicle was coming in 5-10 minutes. About 30-40 minutes later the vehicle arrived. When the previous renters returned it, the attendant looked at the odometer area only, did not inspect the vehicle at all, then gave me the keys with no instructions and no paperwork. I called the central number for assistance and they had difficulty reaching an attendant and I could not leave until I was "dispatched" but nobody there seemed to know what to do. In the end, I had to self dispatch via a text link and uploaded all the photos myself. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Don't be tempted by location near Queen's University. It took an hour to leave with the vehicle. HORRENDOUS SERVICE
