You need to improve the drop off area after hours. With a 26’ truck it’s not as easy to get up off the road especially when someone else dropped off their rental.

Owner or attendance on site on 11/17 was extremely rude and hostile. No clear indication of where you're supposed to go other than a sign on a closed fence that I guess you're supposed to open yourself in order to get in. Trucks transmission needs to be looked at, extreme stuttering.

monya fI got switched location thats was a decent amount of extra miles away (adding to cost), scatchy location (abandoned old flea market), no pick up instructions (had to call corporate to finally get in touch with location), very poor call connection and hard to understand any directions. Added extra time(almost an hour past expected pick up) extra drive time and miles in very congested busy area pushing past return time causing late fee.
