I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason. Truck was brought back in same condition. Don't understand what needed to be "cleaned". Very aggravated with UHaul and will not be using again for my move in January.

They sold me a van they knew had a broken back door. (I only checked some, not all of the doors prior to renting it.) Employees were nice. Manager was nasty!!! All in all they did make it right and give some compensation. Which is why I bump it up to two star review.

It was no fault of csr, but the truck reserved was not returned in time, so they gave us the truck on lot for same price, which was appreciated. HOWEVER, it ran terrible..like something wrong with tires or front end and right mirror was broke, making it scary on main highways with limited views. I mentioned that online reservation stated guaranteed vehicle or I was to be paid $50...she was like "no way!" you will take that up with uhaul. I know she assisted by giving us what she had.

I was there nearly an hour while the person who wouldn't get off his cell phone blamed the computer. I observed the same computer problems upon drop off. The truck was filthy. It appeared as if a can of sofa had exploded on the windshield. I scrubbed it for 10 minutes and couldn't get it off. Good bye uhaul. I can't believe I paid 60$ for this service.

When returning the truck at the time I specified, the woman at the office said she was unable to complete the return because she was the only person in the office. She said she was placing a note on the account of when I returned it, and someone would finalize my purchase the next day. I ended up getting billed the wrong amount of money, and was charged for a second day. This could have been easily avoided if staffing was properly trained and staffed.

Please Make sure your A/C are working. The truck was working ok but the A/C in parking worked ok, but once you pressed the gas pedal, it stop blowing. We were 1 1/2 on I4 with no AC with the temperature around 100. When we got to our destination, our clothes were dripping sweat and my wife was dizzy. We paid SO MUCH money for a mediocre service. We reserved the 15" truck and they gave us the 10" The total was supposed to be $92 with taxes. The customer serv rep over the phone gave me a discount or a special because i was considering going with Penske because i'm a state employee and they give a 15%. So i went with UHaul and was the worst experience EVER. Will NOT recommend. You don't care about you customers, you just care about the money of the rental and don't care for future rentals. As a business woman that's the worst and that's the reason many companies fail and go bankruptcy. Not anymore.

When I returned the vehicle at 5:05 PM, the office was open but I was instructed to put the keys in the drop box as if they were closed. Therefore I did not get to check-in the vehicle properly nor was I able to get the mileage verified or documented. Later when I was emailed the receipt I immediately noticed that that the return time was inaccurately posted as 6:15 PM and that the return mileage was 18 miles more than I had used. I'm am posting this information NOT because of the 7 to 12 dollars that I was overcharged but because I am very concerned about what the vehicle might have been used for after I returned it. If someone ran toll booths during that hour and 10 minutes and 18 miles after I returned it, I could be falsely charged and fined. What if someone committed a serious crime with the vehicle during the 1 hour and 10 minutes and 18 miles after I returned it? I could be falsely implicated.

I was quoted a price and time to return the truck and did so within the time TOLD to me however I was charged for 3 days when I only had the truck for one day. I called the location to question this and I was refunded one day straight away and then still charge for 2 days when I had returned it by the requested time of 1 day. The female I spoke to in the store ended up putting the phone down on me as she said she couldn't do anything about what was told to me. I will not recommend this location, very rude, unprofessional and took money that was not authorized.

The staff was completely unprofessional. With no one else in the store, we waited for 20 minutes while a woman yelled at a computer instead of helping us. She finally left and someone else came to help us. It was a uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Also, the truck still had the trash from the last renter in it.

The van I rented could use a good cleanup. The driver compartment was not clean. The people were very helpful all through, but the van should be cleaned once a week.

The location was fine, but I don't know if I would recommend UHAUL. I called earlier in the day to see if my dad could pick up the truck. He was listed as the driver, but it was my card. Uhaul said that was fine and put a note on my file. The location was never notified and it added a lot of hassle.

The truck was dirty inside and the ac did not work. We were lucky it was a cloudy day so it was not so hot outside, otherwise it would have been impossible. Only one member of the staff seemed to know the ins and outs of the reservation system, the others were clueless.

The location itself did not seem to know what they were doing. They told me I couldn't use my visa debit, so I went to get cash. Then I couldn't use cash even though there was a sign that said I could. However I was not told till after I had left and came back that it was because I was renting a van. If I would have rented a truck I could use my Visa card or my cash. They were rude and the process was confusing. It was 2 hours later that I finally got the truck, even though I originally planned on getting a van. However I was so frustrated by the end I just paid the extra. If I rent uhaul again I would never use this location. I would drive further just so I didn't have to.

1st thing walk the customer out to the equipment being rented. Go over it make sure they understand how to use it and check for any possible damage. Than maybe ask the customer if they need help hooking up. Luckily I've rented trailers before and get the just of it, but I left there thinking wow what if I was someone that didn't understand. Besides that the tongue weighr of the 12 footers are pretty heavy and with a bad back help would have been apprecited. My wife finally grab the guy and he helped out when he saw me struggling. Even with the two of us it was pretty heavy.
