I brought the truck in ahead of schedule. I've been to this location before, they are close to my home. This is a towing company and I'm sure they deal with a lot of mad folks. Without saying to much more, I'll drive further to return future rentals.

They took our order wrong and then the person I called to ask about it later hung up on me.... I had only asked her why I was overcharged? Seemed like an unnecessary reaction. Wont be using this location again.

The lady at this location looked after me brilliantly! After the the uhaul call center messed up my order and booked me at a location that was under construction and therefore not renting. I lost hours of my day because of this but this lady kept me sane!!!!!

Hello. My name is Jesus Hoyos. On October 3rd I made a reservation for an auto transport and a pick-up truck at the New Beginnings location to be picked up the following day (10/4). The morning of 10/4 I received a call from this location saying that they did not have the pickup truck I requested but instead sent me down the road to the A R C Towing location. When I arrived at the ARC location, I rented the auto transport and pickup. The pickup truck was completely disgusting. It had sand and trash covering the entire inside and truck bed. Also, the pickup truck did not have any gas in it so I ended up putting in $15. While I was putting the gas in, I realized that the truck did not have a ball hitch on it. I went inside and talked to the woman at the counter who called her supervisor. Her supervisor told her that I needed to either purchase a ball hitch from U-Haul or provide my own. If I had my own ball hitch, I probably wouldn’t have needed to rent the pickup truck in the first place. My question is, why are the truck and auto transport offered online as a “package” together when one cannot hook to the other once I arrive unless I make another purchase to a ball hitch that should’ve come on the truck to begin with? Anyways, the amazing lady at the ARC Towing brainstormed and realized that the price of a 10’ truck was the same as the pickup but the 10’ also comes with a ball hitch. The issue? The truck that she had at her location was not operable. I ended up having my reservation changed and transferred over to the New Beginnings location (now for an auto transport and 10’ instead of my original reservation that they could not provide to me). At the New Beginnings location, their system was not only down, but also not letting them sign in. The woman over there called the same supervisor (Chris) that the towing location had called originally about the ball hitch. I waited over an hour while the woman, Chris, and another customer support person all tried to figure out how to rent me these two things. Eventually they concluded that they would send myself and my reservation across the street to another U-Haul location. I get there and tell them the story about my day. They tell me they have an auto transport but won’t have a 10’ until at least 3pm. I tell them that won’t work for me because I need to be moved out by a certain time and I can’t waste all day waiting around for the truck to be brought back. They graciously offered me a 15’ truck instead but unfortunately the 10’ was already as big as I could go. (The community barely has room to turn around, let alone pull a truck and auto transport around in it). Anyways, I ended up calling around and one of my friends had a truck (with a ball hitch!) and could come down. About an hour later I went back to the towing location because I still needed my $15 credit from putting the gas in the original pickup truck and figured it would be easiest to rent the auto transport from them as well. The 24-hour truck share may be a new system. I assumed because the owners seemed a little hostile as I was inspecting the truck and completing the online check-in process as directed by I would suggest for the owners to be just a little more familiar with the process, as the initial check-in does not require me to go inside the store immediately.

Pickup was excellent. Drop off was a joke. Gas station attendant was very rude and would not direct me on where to put the truck. She told me I had to find a spot....I was disappointed in the drop off process.

I was charged a cleaning fee for no reason. You put my card on file to be able to rob me of my finds. I moved one couch. There is no need for a cleaning fee. I will never use this location again.

this location is also a small store.. The staff is not very nice. They are very slow and this location over charges compared to your other pick up locations!!! And this truck had a horrible shimmy!!

Nothing everything went smoothly



The charges me for 2 days instead of 1 so I had to call and get it straight. When I rented it the employee was great but when I returned it they acted like I was inconveniencing them.



Customer service was lacking, argued with us on amount of gas when we had photographic proof of where the level was at. They claimed their gas was being siphoned. Just overall a poor experience. Will look for other venues for when we need to move.

This location in particular- was fine. It was the only place we could even pick up our UHaul after visiting TWO other locations for a RESERVED truck. My original location, we opted the UShare 24/7 and the lock box code did not work. (The SECOND time I’ve had a 24/7 issue). 30 minutes later- we go across the street, per the man I was to call with issues... and they were closed. Chris was a very, VERY nice man and honestly was unsure why this was happening. He offered to drive the hour out of the way- but instead set us up for a rental that was 10 minutes down the road. Normally they closed their uhaul services at 5pm, but they were all gracious enough to work with us... our trip would have been a maximum of 11 miles- but instead it ended up being more. We should’ve been given a discount that exceeded the $4 we were given- taking over an hour to get a truck for us that was already reserved. 5 stars for Chris, and A.R.C Towing Location. But 1 star for UHaul overall. Disappointed.

Drop off was terrible! Bad service. The pick up experience was really good. Even though they had some technical delays with their system, it did not impact the overall pickup experience. The drop off experience was terrible. The attendant was yelling at me when I was pinpoint gas (pickup/drop off was gas station) and then proceeded to charge me an extra day when I was a little over 1 hour past my drop off time. When I questioned it, her response was “if you would have called me, I could have adjusted the time. But since you didn’t, you get charged an extra day. If you have a problem with that, take it up with U-Haul, not me” Poor poor service. Had I been a couple of hours late, or half a day, I would understand. But for that level of service for one hour late (we all know how bad I-4 is in a Saturday morning with everyone trying to get to Disney world). I would pick another location if I were ever to rent from this place again. Beware!

The original lady, Ty, who was supposed to be taking care of me was extremely rude because she had too much going on at once. I waited 20 mins before she even tried to help me because she was on the phone w a lady who was unhappy there was no trucks available. I, who had a reservation, was needing to get my equipment and go on w my day. Then several customers came behind me who had purchased items in the store and she skipped over me to ring them up. Finally when I told her she needs to take care of me she threatened me to leave the store and that she refused to help me and walked out. Thankfully a very nice lady, Fran, took care of me from that point on and apologized repeatedly which I assured wasn’t her fault. But from the way I was treated by Ty, I will never returning again.
