The only problem was that the a/c didn’t work: it was running hot air in all settings. It was a hot day, we had to drive with windows open and still it was hotter inside of the truck, then the outside. We survived, but it took the rest of the day to recover from this heat stroke

Please teach Steven (manager) some basic customer service — he was extremely rude. Also, he needs proper training on the U-Haul system; it took him 15 minutes just to print my contract.
