Very special owner who told us his life story and more even though we just wanted to rent a truck. His wife on the phone did a great job though. I'm very happy with the overall experience with U-Haul.

KATELYN SThe owner of the location went on a rant on all kinds of random topics for at least 10 minutes before getting started with my booking. Very difficult to understand and communicate with him. I honestly wasn’t sure I’d be getting my U-Haul but it worked out in the end.
Andrew NWe were charged 35$ because we were an hour over the do time. We had to drive to Kelowna to drop off U-Haul because they didn’t have space for trailer to be dropped off, when we were only moving to Vernon. Don’t understand why we should be charged for that, kinda petty imo
