Replace that nasty, lazy old Sicilian with someone who is glad to do business. This was the worst experience I have had with UHaul in over 30 years. Rude (he told me I was interrupting his coffee and biscoti. He had to a gas customer to help him hook up my trailer. Then he made me connect the chains - it is difficult for me to bend down as I broke my hip five months ago. The trailer was old and ratty and hadn't been cleaned out from the last customer. Took me three times to sweep all the dirt out. And there was a mouse inside. He couldn't do the paperwork, I had to talk to a woman(his wife?) on the phone and repeat all my information. Just a horrible experience...
