The drop off location is inconvenient to get to from Vernon. Unnecessary time and mileage when there were available openings for drop off in Vernon. Better communication needed.

MALCOLM HQuite a joke actually. We’d phoned the day before to confirm our delivery and when location was open. Published as 8:00am but owner didn’t arrive till after 8:30.When I responded to his complaint as to where I’ll parked the trailer, I said you’re supposed to be open at 8:00. The owner angrily commented back that this was his business and he’d open when he felt like it. In the end, I acquired my required photos and left at 8:50, which made me late by 30 minutes. I’d suggest removing the location as a U-Haul depot as in your companies best interest.
Allen JThe gentleman working at the gas station used a lot of foul language and I could barely understand half of what he was saying. Location is on the highway that requires 18 km to turn around and head back towards Kelowna. Very inconvenient. Yard was full of what I would call "junk". Looked like a junk yard, in any case.
