Pushing 4 hr blocks stating availability restrictions are the reason is absurd, U-haul rentals are know for 24 hr rentals at affordable prices not 4 hr rentals at the same price because staff is pushing the bottom line.

Some confusion with the size of the truck. Was contacted and was told a $50 credit would be applied for inconvenience. At time of return no credit was applied. Otherwise service was fine.

Mobile pu k up of the truck was a nightmare, the overall Process wasn’t good reserving and getting the truck. I ended up having to wait 2.5 hours for the Westlake location to open to get the truck causing a higher cost for my Movers. We called customer service at least 5-6 times getting hung up on and ignored when ytanslferre to the regional support from the national customer service line. Overall knowledge of the mobile pick up process and support of the process was non existent from an employee on the phone or in person. It seems as though there is no back end process built to support this and no training of any employee has been done. Customer service didn’t know what to do or say bewsodes “I think there is an app I just don’t know which one”. The overall expertise was terrible. My suggestion would be to have support for a process before you roll it out and educate the e Players on the process.
