We picked up the U-Haul truck at 5:30 am and the only complaint I have is the requirement for photography of myself and drivers license along with the equipment. Being dark it was next to impossible to take a satisfactory photo. The app would not accept the photo because of the darkness and difficulty having enough light. It took us 45 minutes to successfully complete the photography which made us late for our pickup in Ely. I don’t know how you can improve this, however many people need to pick up equipment before the sun comes up. Thank you.
