Sunil CThe drop off process was terrible. We went to the location to drop off at 5pm, nobody was there, they were closed We followed the instructions on the app which was tedious and time consuming and were told at the end to drop the keys off in the orange drop off box- there was NO drop off box at the location. We tried calling the 1-800 number but no help. Your automated system says the drop off process takes less than 15 minutes- at this point we had spent an hour. We didn’t know what to do, as we were driving away a female approached the building so we asked her for help. There was a language barrier so it was difficult to communicate. She told us we were in the right place but they are new and U haul has not given them an orange drop off box yet- it will be coming in 2 weeks!!!!! Why would uhaul designate this location as a drop off point but not provide a drop off box? We are extremely disappointed in this service. We were in a different city and had to get home to our kids. The process that should have taken 15 minutes took an hour and 15 minutes. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. and will look for other options next time we need a moving vehicle.
