Don't expect the location to be open on time. I was supposed to pick up the uhaul at 9am, but the location didn't open until about 9:20am. I selected the 24/7 mobile option when making my reservation, but day of it said I had to go inside the location and speak to someone. It was very frustrating. And then after everything, the truck had no gas. So I had to waste more rental time to go get gas. Why are uhaul trucks allowed to be returned with no gas? It makes no sense to me.Jocelyn S.

I assumed the person in the office would go out to the truck with me to confirm it was clean and the gas was at the line as I got it. I took pictures instead of the milage and gas level.Katheryn M.
Nobody was there when we arrived. Called both numbers - nobody answered and there was no voicemail. Went through the app to close out rental- a young guy arrived, but didn't know much helpful info. Still waiting for a receipt.Leslie G.
The young lady there was very nice. The young guy was there when we brought it back. He was rude and didn't care to hear anything we had to say about the truck. The truck was clean inside, but it drove horrible, everything rattled. Very, very poor rating.John M.
The young man told me to back up the trailer into a parking spot with two cars on both sides. I told him I only go forward and never get into situations where I have to back up. Offered to let him backup the trailer with my truck. It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing as he jack-knifed the truck and trailer. He ended up, with my assistance, removing the trailer from the truck. When I stated a female had helped me with attaching it he questioned the ability of a female. I asked him why and he gave no answer. Overall he was nice, just didn't know what he was doing.John H.
