Chantyl D.I was charged for two days because I was five minutes late dropping off the truck . I could have kept the truck an extra day if I knew they would nickel and dime me . I also filled the tank up more than halfway . I pulled up at 2:03 p.m , the parking lot was filled so I waited until I could pull up and park the truck . The invoice states 2:14 for drop off , which isn't accurate . Moving is stressful enough , you would think that the company would waive the extra day fee . I am extremely disappointed and won't be using this company for anything else. I feel ripped off , my next review will be on Google if I can't get this resolved .
