I reserved a week in advance, then 3 days before I am supposed to pick it up, he calls and tries to talk me into a bigger one because he rented the size I HAD RESERVED, and didn't really want to try and find the size I RESERVED, if I wanted a bigger one, I would of reserved a bigger one. Also I still believe unused insurance money should be refunded, the rates coming back from Croswell to here were ridiculous, $130 more, same amount of miles, seriously?, and I took it back a day early, no discount????

I live in Gaylord but had to drive to Mancelona to pick up the trailer size I needed. This was 20 miles out of my way, 40 miles round trip twice. Once to pick up the trailer, and again to drop it off.

Was told one price IN WRITTING, but, when I dropped off the uhaul, was told a different price. I questioned it and they said, they gave is the wrong price the first time. We told them, since it's in writting, you have to give it to us for that price. THEY DID NOT.

Ken and Mark were AMAZING!! The attendant in Toledo had taken most of the air out of my front tires and these guys not only backed the trailer in for me, they filled my tires back up! (Mark was kind enough to trudge through and lie down in the deep snow to unchain my vehicle!). THANK YOU KEN AND MARK!!!

I had a trailer reserved,at the last min you advised me that I had no trailerand the person I talked to could care less.This cost me a contract and loss of rev. You customer service and you word is no good.I had to go to another town,never again. The next time would be a lawyer for breach,but you don't care.

Try to clean the cab as I found animal hair and some people are allergic.. I had an issue with reaching the gas pedal so would be nice if you had some way to install something so we short people could reach it easier. Also it drove like a lumber wagon. I could feel every bump in the road. But I do like renting from U haul so would do it again

I was told when I ordered the truck that I needed to ask for extra miles at the time I picked it up. When the agent did not ask me during our arrangements, I let him know I wanted 30 extra miles. He said it was too late to request the miles, that the transaction was already entered. He said the screen that usually reminds them to ask has been changed. He apologized, but said he couldn't change anything at that time.

This is the second "Bait & Switch" confirmation I've gotten from UHaul in 2 weeks. You confirm anywhere anyone wants (because whoever books gets 1/2 the commission for doing nothing) and then when it's too late to get a truck from someone else, you call the day before and tell them go pick it up 50 miles away. Crappy computer system, crappy corporate ethics. This is a UHaul Corporate problem. Good reason to Consider Budget or Ryder.
