Weird experience. Parked trailer at direction of staff member. Staff member told me he would check in the trailer. Did not receive any confirmation of check in. Checked U-Haul site next day and trailer had not been checked in. Needed to check in the trailer online to avoid late fees. (Location was closed the next day.) The rental went well and location is quite good. But the check in experience was strange.
