David S.The cell signal at this location is VERY poor! I know this is out of your control, but it took almost 2 hours to pick the truck up, because the process kept timing out. It was after hours and my first experience using the online pick up. It was a very frustrating experience! I will use a different location next time and will make sure it's during business hours.
