Tami at the Crosstown location in Clinton, Ia made my reservation and was so helpful! She explained all of the steps to renting and for return. And Troy at Crosstown in Maquoketa was so great at pickup. Very helpful and the truck was clean and ready! I would highly recommend either location for Uhaul rentals!
