The jack handle was broken and fixed with a screw driver. It also took 45 mins for them to helpnus with getting hooked up to our rental trailer. I won't be going back.James L.

The process of getting the truck was crazy. The mobile pickup was not well put together. Instructions were very lacking. We ended up getting help from a tech person. He was able to assist us. It took us 40 extra minutes and caused us to get a late start. But we were given 40 extra minutes. Not sure we would use mobile pickup again.Tony W.

You might try a less surly attendant who arrives on time, and fulfilling the equipment order. None of the quilts or dollies could be provided. To top it all off, somebody wants to charge me 20.00 for returning the truck to the pick up site instead of the designated site which is a 3.mile difference in location. Did not know it mattered, however, given the absolute horrible experience and inconvenience of having to locate substitutes for the ordered equipment I would think waiving the 20.00 fee would be a given. I should have known I was in for a tough time when the attendant told us if we wanted good service next time we should go to Penske. Dude has some serious attitude issues.Joseph J.
For starters you can have your staff check the ID of the person renting the vehicle I had my name and address and account used by somebody else unbeknownst to me and when I tried to call to clear it up I was treated with a very cavalier attitude by some girl on the phone it was very troublesome that somebody could use my name and account without ever having to present ID to rent something that is ridiculous my experience was terrible.Esta L.
Schedules mobile pickup up 830am. Morning of, uhual/dealer changed to hand deliver at 915 am. Had to wait for the place to open for them to give the keys. Uhual should not have let us schedule mobile if it wasn't possible! Very unsatisfied experience.Miles S.
Equipment was substituted at another location but I was unable to tow the equipment that was offered. I got a phone call from U-Haul advising me of the change. You were unwilling to let me transfer my reservation to Bones Automotive without doubling the price so I canceled the reservation. I then went online and reserved the correct equipment from Bones Automotive for no additional cost. Does that make sense? Bones was great, will likely use them again.Gregory W.

The idiots at Bones Automotive were sitting around their tiny little office without masks on, even when I walked in wearing a mask myself. They knew I'd be returning the trailer on Sunday, but didn't mention that they would be closed that day or where to park the trailer. Their lot was completely locked up. I ended up just parking the trailer on the street, where anyone could take it. I hope it's still there when the next person needs it.MATT H.
out of all the times in the past 3 months or so that I have or have attempted to rent a trailerb from UHaul. This was theb best experience of all. Customerb service on the phone was great they actually listened to thde customer- me. You know the way it used to be. If it is as everyone says that your trailers are alway out and you don't have enough inareas to meet the demands. That would be a red flag for 2021 Budgetr to invest into more trailers. I do thank you for being professional on this latest rental. Corporate should increase swhat the local dealer recieves as well as addressing their individuals in order to supply outstanding customer service. That was more for corporate. Felt like I was borrowing my most reliable friend's truck. I will always recommend Bones for my Uhaul needs. It was 5 extra miles, but I specifically chose this location over Evergreen way because pulling out into that road with a giant box trick scares the heck out of me. Bones' location allows for a very safe and easy access onto a significantly less busy road (than Evergreen Way) and this alone makes me feel at ease. Clearly this is their second business. The agent/mechanic couldn't explain or find detailed information concerning appropriate insurance coverage (the details of Uhauls differing coverages). In his defense, I read what is available and it is very confusing. My question was what is the coverage exactly, and how does roadside assistance work if I had a flat on the trailer given that there is no spare.ERIC B.
I dropped my equipment off outside of regular business hours. As required, I attempted to complete the automated drop off process however it failed to function for me. The website was unable to determine my location so I could not complete the process. I verified my iPhone location settings were turned on and allowed for the safari Web browser to access my location. I then called the uhaul customer service, was on hold for about 15 mins, ultimately the call rang through and then hung up. I called back and was on hold again for about 20 mins until reaching a customer service agent. She was very helpful and polite. I was concerned that due to the fact that I was not able to complete the drop off process that I would be financially responsible for the equipment until the trailer was â€œchecked inâ€. Luckily all went well and I received confirmation that the trailer had been receive today (10/6)Andrew W.
We called around 20 or so times from start to end. Pur first reservation for a 15' 3 hours away and a ferry ride, during my conversation in making the reservation we were under the impression it was 15 minutes away. Then so many more calls to find a 10' one than we had to leave alot behind and leave separately. Renal was nice, clean and ran well, we don't like the fuel monitor and that it didn't have cruise control. The motor was loud when shifting. We didn't receive the pads that we reserved. However all in all at this point all is well. Thank you for all the wonderful customer service representatives they all were great, pleasant and informative.Susan R.
