the location and truck had no problems....it was the surprised, forced, and unwarrented, $25 cleaning fee which i provided all the pictures at checkout. i only went 14miles with large furniture. I called and was told i would get a refund but never received a call back from uhaul or the refund.

Lillianna P.Although the people were very nice and appeared competent and helpful they apparently rented the "local truck" which ended up causing all sorts of issues down the line. I tried to add another day and was told I would have to call the regional office and I did and they said they would take care of it and then texted me new information. Well, that new information had me brining the truck back to this same location which was not the case.
