Not knowing what to expect we had to wait for a person to arrive and while we were trying to figure things out they did manage to show up there. This was important to us as we asked before we left the pickup point if someone should be there to help when we dropped back off. So maybe just a better understanding of what to expect when you get to the drop off point.
