They didnt check in my equipment with U-Haul. U-Haul had to track it down. Also, Uhauk tried to charge me for dropping it off at a different location. I have rented U-Haul for years and always turned in wherever was convenient. I was also told by the pick up location that I could do this. If U-Haul starts charging for this, then I will rent from someone else. Also, I will start charging U-Haul for not having the equipment at my reserved location. THIS WAS BS!!!

DONALD PNot knowing what to expect we had to wait for a person to arrive and while we were trying to figure things out they did manage to show up there. This was important to us as we asked before we left the pickup point if someone should be there to help when we dropped back off. So maybe just a better understanding of what to expect when you get to the drop off point.
