I reserved a truck on may 11 for may 24. I pull up 10 minutes before my reservation to a lot full of u haul trucks. To my surprise none of them were for me. I was told none of the trucks were available. Keep in mind it’s 20 minutes before closing and i just needed till the morning. They took 20 minutes on the computer to find a different location but at that point they found out they don’t do pick up after hours. Ended getting a Penske truck with no issues.
