Well we live in Toroto and we had to pick the truck in Mississauga and we had to pay for the millage from the store to the move and pay for the millage to return it back to the store. I thing they should discount us for some off that .millage.

I’d prefer a uhaul representative to inspect the vehicle with me upon pickup. there were dents and scratches that I had to take pictures of because I wasn’t sure if these spots were marked previously and did not want to be held accountable. Other than that I loved the service. And the detailed invoice was very useful to understand the service charge!

The agent did not clarify my questions while renting the Truck but now they charged me more than I expected. I ended up paying $750 for a simple moving which is not at all worth instead I would buy those things here itself. I am not all happy and so much disappointed. In this whole process I did not make any mistake except trusted the store agent when I am renting the truck. So it will be great if you some one consider my situation and have a look and help me. Maybe I missed the fuel note - and ended up paying 25 $ for a very minimum amount of gas used.But other than that shock - the vehicle and checkout and return - everything was quite easy.

For the customer's peace of mind, do not provide a vehicle that has a check engine light on. Second time I rented a dirty van with traces if caked mud (dirt) in it. Needs improvement.

Soooooo SLOW service. Many problems with systems... Took 4 tries to enter order, after I called in advance to ask of a reservation would be better and told No. Also 2 calls to "Traffic" and to "Paul"....... Couldn't rent van with a prepaid MC..... tho have had for 10 years and use no problem at Enterprise Car rental Upon return, 6mins late, and charged a 2nd day rental, and Smart moe insurance fee and Enviro fee....... for 6 mins!! More calls to traffic..... and "Paul".............. enterprise car rental has a 1 hr car rental and when I mentioned to girl, she said I should have rented from them! Store was 90 degrees inside..... on hot day, while all these calls and waiting...... Not great to rent from uhaul here.

The cargo van is almost new, only 540KM on it. Everything is in working order. I supposed to return it at midnight. But finished around 8:30PM. The owner told me to just drop off the key in the box. But got a text message to “verify the equipment” or face $20 “convenience fee”. Aside from this last minute notification of “convenience fee” this could have been a perfect review.

1) The reverse camera on the van was not working 2) I was charged for 2 days instead of one in spite of returning the vehicle after hours on the same day. The sales representative at the location is accusing me of lying about this. It is not the matter of another 80 bucks its the principle of it.

I got a very very bad service. No one was at the store, they made me wait half an hour till someone showed up. Then the car was not ready because of a glitch in the system so another 1hr was wasted. I reserved the elev for my movement but because of this wasted 1.5 hrs I reached late so I had to beg the other tenant to give me an extra half hrs just to move the important stuff up. I had a very bad experience with you guys and am never gonna rent from you again.



Fix the steering wheel. And hole inside of roof.Due to rain lot of boxes got wet from water on the floor

The drop off box is in the back of the plaza, very dark and bumpy, almost got sprayed by a skunk, putting the drop off box in the front of the store would be great. The front of the plaza is well lit, much safer environment.

Great service. Only comment would be, this was my first time renting from this location. I was told the office would be open on Monday for returns - it wasn't, and I had no idea where the drop box was for the key, so ended up calling, and dropping the key off the next morning. Suggest telling customers where the key drop box is regardless of whether store is open or not. Apart from that, great service, very friendly, helpful and fast. Van was clean and in great condition. Parking was easy - plenty of space, lots of parking, easy access. Recommend this location.

My only concern is the gas cap. For me yellow gas cap means diesel. I called for help to make sure what gas should I put. Thanks
