At first, I did a garanted reservation at auto Bernier who advised me at 8pm by text message that my reservation was on repair and I wouldn,t have my truck at 8 am as promised. No call. I had to call myself to have update and provide help to find another truck. When we arrived at the truck (12h30), the guy at the facility told me that I was lucky because he wasn't supposed to be there and I wouldn,t be able to get the truck otherwise. I asked for the 50$ garanty reimbushment and he couldn't tell me how to get it. I'm really desapointed by this rent. Also, I asked for 6 blanket and there were only 5 in the sealed carriage...

Nicolas S.J'ai eu de la difficulté à avoir mes clés dans la petite boîte (stress supplémentaire) je n'avais pas l'équipement demandé à l'intérieur du camions... frustration supplémentaire, plus de temps pour mon déménagement Inacceptable Il ne restais plus d'essence dans le camion (vais-je manqué d'essence) stress supplémentaire. Pas très bonne expérience.
