BRYANT TStaff were rather rude and poor at communicating return of the trailer, time of return not clearly communicated- overall very disappointing and called into corporate to discuss- still waiting to hear back
Alex BCustomer service was poor. I was charged $15 for the safe move coverage which i didn't asked for . I wasn't explained about the coverage charges and upon asking the receipt I was told call the Uhaul and ask for your refund
