Your online booking is a SHAM. When we arrived to pick up our original GUARANTEED rental, which had been booked online 6 days prior, there was no truck. The store owner, who appeared to be expecting us, quite obviously did not care, said there was nothing he could do, told us to call customer service. This was at 4pm on Saturday. We scrambled to find another rental in the area; no luck. Tried to call customer service; was on hold for 15 minutes, finally gave up. What I want to know is: WHY DID WE NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEONE - either at Uhaul or the store - TO TELL US THERE WAS NO TRUCK?? As stated, the store owner seemed to be expecting us. Luckily, we were able to get thru to your customer service number early Sunday morning and the rep went out of her way to find us a truck and even called us back with the phone number of the location so that we could call and make sure there was actually a truck there. She told us NOT to use your online booking system as it is very unreliable.The second pick up location was fine, although the process at the counter in the store to get the truck was very slow. I am pretty sure I will try Budget or Penske first next time. This experience was beyond frustrating.

The employees I dealt with at this location seemed to not know what they were doing and one of the employees was not able to communicate with me due to her poor english language skills. Instead of a form, they just had me write my contact info on a scrap sheet of paper which they then lost and had me write it again on another scrap sheet once the truck was returned. They did not clearly answer my questions, I was charged for things that were not explained to me and I had to call corporate in order to understand why I paid nearly twice as much as advertised on the U-haul site. I will never use this location again for uhaul rental, gas, or any other service they provide.

When dropping off the truck the lady was rude, keep having me move the truck. telling you to pack it in back the came out and yelled because it was not were she wanted it, but there was a truck in the way. They should put it were they want it. They should not be a drop off location.

It is a convenient store that had 1 person working at the time of my SCHEDULED pick up He was having to check out customers & tend to the store so I was not a top priority He said he was calling the “U-Haul” rep to see what to do That person should have been present at the time of my, again, SCHEDULED pick up I had even called the day before to confirm at this location as I was instructed via text This situation cost me AT LEAST 30 minutes, if not more I will never use U-Haul again if this location is my only option I had picked another location when ordering, but was told to pick up there Thanks

It took 30 minutes after arriving in the store to complete the process. The clerk had to phone the owner to be walked through the process with several errors. Wipers on the truck were worn out and smeared the windshield in the rain. Everything else was all good. The clerk was extremely nice and apologetic.

There was a big center just a couple of miles away and it would have been better to be directed there. This location had only the truck we reserved. After observing the truck I would have tried to change to a bigger truck.

The truck I renter was a 15 ft one way rental. The truck had over 61k miles and sounded as if it was going to fall apart. I had to drive this from NC to PA. The truck was only hauling old paperwork from my company in banker boxes. The truck was only 1/4 to 1/2 full and at one time the truck would only go 28 mph. I had to pull over and allow big rigs to pass. It was a terrible ride and I will think twice about using uhaul again.


better training for service person. Paid online but still took picture of cc and license. I would trust the people that rented to me but what happens if they lose their phone and pictures of my CC info and DL info are still on it. I did go replace my CC.Other than that good Service

Only one person at the location. Numerous interruptions while she waited in gas and food customers. She seemed confused that I was there on the right day. Took a long time consulting with someone on the phone about my rental while she entered information in the computer that I had already done with the early check in process. I will add that she was courteous and friendly.

I had booking problems. Wanted a larger truck but settled for a smaller one to be able to pick it up when and where I wanted. The conformation came back with a different pick up and location time. When I called the operator said it was to late to change it. I made that reservation 2 weeks in advance. They did let me have the truck the night before but I would have gotten a larger one had I known.

trailer wiring was incorrect on the right side. I had to spend almost 2 hours at pick up to find problem and repair it with no tools or test light. Dealer helped best he could but had no idea what I was asking him for in order fix lighting.


Gas station was not what I expected but the location was convenient


I visited two other locations to pick up a pull behind because I needed a little more space to bring all my furniture. These other locations was a poor experience. Then I find out the truck I was given was not wire to pull a unit and no one to help correct the problem. I had to leave my furniture and now I am planning another trip, more time off work, travel and gas to get what should have been a easy fix if you had someone working in your stores that could help.

The truck was actually quite dirty. There was mud inside and lots of crumbs, leaves, and sticks. And the steering wheel was very sticky. I felt dirty after getting out of the truck. It ran fine and the back compartment of the truck was clean enough.

I went in and guy was rude! Ask him where to put it. He pointed in a direction. I took it to where he wanted. Had to unhook everything myself. Then my wife had to go find a brick to scotch the wheel. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been with rental vehicles. I would take everything from them and close them down. I didn't have to sign anything and I got no receipt I even dropped it off!!! I am small business owner and understand you have to be a service to customer! You are welcome to call me with any questions. My number is on rental agreement!!!!
