I was given no instructions for where to find the key to the vehicle. Thankfully there was only one truck out, so I knew it had to be that one. There was minimal lighting when I picked it up at 9pm. There was no one available for me to speak to on the phone in case of an urgent matter. It took me over 30 minutes to locate the key.

No one at location. Tow truck driver had to call owner and tell him I had a rental. Had to wait 46 min for truck. Placrc
PAUL TCustomer service representative went above and beyond to ensure we had the correct size vehicle within 15 minutes. Only hiccup was where the trucks were parked, is not where you check in with the representative. Uhaul needs to update their website to include both locations.
