Have the vehicle ready when it’s supposed to be ready (including extra equipment being rented). I could not use the app to complete the transaction because the extra equipment was not ready — they were using it in the convenience store to move merchandise. This led to unnecessary delay and frustration.

Bad Customer service, truck was dirty, AND they charged me $10 for the Truck Insurance which I waved when i reserved the Truck online.

It's after the fact so I do not expect anything to be done. After leaving the facility I noticed that the fuel gage read 5/8 not the 7/8 as stated on my bill. My fault for not checking it earlier. The smell inside the van was strong and almost smelled like meat. I believe the smell was actually the rubber sheeting used to protect the floor. The van was pretty new being a 2018 with 2100 miles on it when I picked it up. The passenger seat had dirt/sawdust on it. An old contract was stashed in center hump console.
