Uhaul made me drive all the way to Sioux city to get a truck when I live right next to a uhaul in moville. There was a week to make sure one was there. Instead I had to drive to the town I was moving to, drive back to moville. Get loaded up. The. Drive it back to Sioux city and unload it and then drop it back at the lot in Sioux City. This is not reflection on Outlaw or Hector. He did his best for me. Its the over all company that shouldn't be inconvenience their customers for a buck.
