The location was not able to help when the truck wouldn't start. We had to use customer service and roadside assistance on the app for help instead.
Dennis JI had to go to another location to pick up my truck. They didn't have the accessories I needed but I still got billed for them. I also got billed for the extra miles that had to drive to go between the two locations as well as to go back to fill out a receipt that I had already filled out on line.
Allan PI arrived 30 minutes early to finish paperwork. I waited over 40 minutes for the desk person. I finally found someone who called her and she finally arrived. Hen I returned the truck again no desk person. Maybe 20 minutes later he arrived. But had to call the manager to check us in. Couldn’t figure out how and the manager told him that she would come and figure it out. They then sent me a receipt later by text.
