Did the 24/7 drop off went smoothly dropped the keys in the box and left. Took about ten minutes. I did not interact with anyone onsite they were closed.

The location is a tire and rental shop. Although it dose not look inviting the online drop.off after hours was quick and easy and the staff we met was friendly and helpful.
