This was an Easy In and Out Location, Just off Highway 70 (near the airport. Very friendly and helpful. Did not carry the plastic furniture wrap. It could have been ordered to the store but this was a last minute reservation. Return was easy also!

Holly B.I happened to reserve the truck for pick up during lunch time. Even though there were other personnel in the building, they could not provide service. I had to wait for the rental person to return from lunch. That is fine if I knew I couldn't pick up during that time. I had to spend time elsewhere and come back after the lunch period. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient for sure.
